Printing


Photo of print station signs in molstead libraryEach library computer (Mac or PC) is connected to the college's print release software GoPrint. Black-and-white jobs are 5 cents per page or side. Color jobs are 25 cents per page or side.

Sending Print Job

Library users can sit at any station and note the location (white label on the tower e.g. MOL110_01), navigate to the page or document they would like to print, select the print type when prompted (Black & White or Color), and then visit one of the two release stations located near the library's Info Desk. NOTE: Color jobs will only display and print from Print Station 1.

Releasing Print Job

Each print release stations has a touch screen + keyboard.

  1. Locate your job (station location) on the screen and touch to select.
  2. Select a job to print or discard and select corresponding button.
  3. Enter your MyNIC credentials to make use of $2 that is applied to your account at the start of each semester (NOTE: These funds do not roll over).  OR  select "Cash/Coin" if you plan to use the coin box, enter the appropriate funds, select PRINT, and SIGN-OUT (upper right hand corner of screen) to have the coin box discharge any remaining funds.

Printing Using Credit/Debit Cards
Cardinal Cash is a prepaid, declining balance account that you can add to your Cardinal Card. The Cardinal Cash program allows you flexible spending options on campus for bookstore purchases, printing, and dining services. Register through the One Web Cardinal Cash system to add money to your Cardinal Cash account. 

Mobile Printing


You can print from a personal laptop or home computer by uploading documents to the GoPrint system and then releasing them from a print station at the library. Print jobs will stay available for up to two (2) hours. After this time frame, they are deleted from the system.

Scanning | Faxing


The library has a separate multi-functional machine located to the left of the photocopier that available to library users for scanning or faxing purposes. There are instructions located near the machine but staff from the Check-Out or Info Desks can assist.

Photocopying


The library has one black-and-white photocopier available to library users, with top-feeding capabilities and letter and legal sized paper. Photocopies are 5 cents per page/side.
