What is Flipster?
Flipster is a digital magazine service that allows you to read a selection of magazines from the library's collection on your computer or mobile device. As of Fall Semester 2024, NIC subscribes to 103 unique titles. Is there a title you wished we carried? Shoot suggestions to: librarian@nic.edu!
How can I access Flipster?
Via a computer:
Click on the Flipster link to easily browse available magazines. You can then click on a magazine to view it within your browser. This means you can access Flipster from any computer, laptop, or mobile device, as long as you are connected to the Internet.
Via the Flipster app (iOS and Android):
The Flipster app, available through the iTunes store for the iPad and iPhone, and in the Google Play store for Android devices, provides a streamlined mobile experience to read magazines. Simply choose North Idaho College as your collection and sign in using your NIC credentials. You can browse and read content or download available issues for offline reading.
